GB 8965.1-2009

GB 8965.1-2009 specifies the technical requirements, inspection (test) methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging and storage for flame-retardant protective clothing. This part is applicable to the flame-retardant protective clothing for users who are conducting operation in a place where there are open flames, sparks, near molten metal and flammable substances with a risk of fire.

Many dusts are flammable. If you have one that is, do everything possible to reduce the area and population it affects, and provide your workers with high quality FR clothing. To learn more about combustible dust and for a list of combustible dust materials, click here.
